What is Barber Brawl?

Founded in 2023 by Patrick Phipps, founder of the legendary award-winning Cut Above The Rest Barber Studio, and Peter Terry, co-founder and resident of The Real Deal Network Breakfast Show, Barber Brawl was built with one mission:

To bring the best barbers under one roof and let them battle it out with their tools to prove who is really the best.

Patrick — a barber with the craft in his blood.
Peter — a promoter who knows how to shake a room.

Together, they created a platform where talent meets pressure, skill meets spotlight, and reputation is earned in real time.

Our last show was in 2007. And now… we’re back, Bigger, Louder & Sharper.

After our last show in 2004, we’re blowing the doors off and bringing it back the only way we know how — LOUD. Barber Brawl 2026 is here.

And we’re calling out the coldest, sharpest, most fearless barbers in the city.

This isn’t a showcase. This isn’t a seminar. This is a battlefield. So, Blades up. Clippers charged—reputation on the line.

Who’s got the cleanest fades? The sharpest lines? The coldest composure under pressure?

Only one walks out with the crown, the belt and the 1 st place.

25 minutes on the clock.
One haircut. Your signature pattern. No excuses.
When the time’s up…
Four will be eliminated.
But it doesn’t end there. The remaining four step back into the arena. This time, the pressure doubles. They’ll go head-to-head with the 2007 Barber Brawl Champion — Seven Star Kash. Time drops to 20 minutes. Another cut. Another pattern. No room for mistakes. This is where champions are made… or exposed. Do you have what it takes to take his belt? Step up. Stand your ground. Make your mark. May the best barber win.

What it is

Barber Brawl Championships is a live head-to-head barber battle for the belt. It is an event where people come together with Barbering at the centre

Who it’s for

Barber Brawl is for barbers 18+ of any experience, who are ready to compete under pressure and represent themselves, their shop, or their location

How to get into the competition

To complete your barber brawl registration, make sure you include:

Your full name (stage names accepted)
The region you're representing
A strong write-up of your experience and journey
Your social media handles (so we can feature you across our barber showcase)
Your email address (to receive your registration form Please note: your registration will not count until your form has been signed and returned)
A clean, professional headshot

Your profile will be featured across our platform as part of this elite barber showcase in London, so make sure it reflects your brand, your work, and your level.

Shortlist

Registrations with the strongest profile will be shortlisted. Sell yourself, your work speaks louder than anything!

Rules of the competition

8 elite barbers enter the arena.
Regions go head-to-head in an all-out battle of skill, patterns, style, and precision.
